We have used these guys year after year for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions. The lady in here is the best We just got home with a bouquet we ordered yesterday afternoon for grandmas birthday. We are sooooo thrilled!

I am Extremely distressed Over the product provided for the amount paid and the service. The owner is outright lying in their response. Very sad, this is NOT a 3 foot arrangement 18 inches at best more like 12 to 16 inches. despite all of their deflection, the photos speak for themselves look at the left photo and look at the right. There’s absolutely ZERO reason not to place greenery there doesn’t have to be white. Stemmed greenery is what I requested. This was a sham. Please read to the end I would never ever do business with these folks again It is extremely rare for me to leave negative feedback, I wish I could leave no stars, however it was a very special occasion and I called this florist to see if they could accommodate me. If they told me they could not accommodate me, I would’ve gone someplace else, They told me that they could absolutely take care of the order. The woman who took my order was playing operator between ( I guess it’s Pam who the owner) and herself. I paid $200 for this arrangement????, and unfortunately even then when you look at this arrangement there are holes all over it. For $200 they could’ve put some Filler Inside of this centrepiece I picked it

My mom moved up her retirement day, giving me less than 24 hours notice to call in a delivery. Thankfully the Floral Cottage was able to do a next day delivery so late in the day. My only request was that they incorporate some daisies since they’re her favorite. I am so delighted with the bouquet. Thank you for helping my mom’s retirement day so special!

Stunning and classy! Every Christmas season, I host a formal dinner for my friends and neighbors; crystal, china, silver, linen! I took my crystal flower bowls to the Floral Cottage for arrangements. I gave them a basic idea and they created magic. They were still beautiful 8 days later. I will go back every year.
